骗局怎么运作
- Bad actors publish information such as 'AI Technology Expert Certification,' 'AI Project Management Award,' and 'AI Deep Learning Certificate' via WeChat groups, official accounts, or short video platforms, claiming partnerships with industry associations or large enterprises. They promise exemption from exams upon paying agency fees, using forged official logos and registration numbers to build credibility.
- After victims complete a one-off payment on payment platforms (such as Alipay, WeChat, or overseas payment methods), the scam syndicate provides a PDF of an electronic certificate that looks formal but unverified, complete with a forged QR code and verification link. The link actually points to a hijacked fake registration page.
- If victims attempt to check on recruitment platforms or corporate HR systems, fraudsters prepare a 'quick verification service' in advance, returning 'certification passed' information through a fake query interface to further solidify the victim's trust.
- When victims continue to pursue advanced certificates or awards (such as the 'AI Innovation and Entrepreneurship Excellence Award'), the syndicate pressures them to pay by creating a sense of urgency with 'limited quotas and time-limited discounts,' while providing fake success story videos and forged award winner lists, forming a chain of charges.
- When victims discover that the certificate cannot be verified on the official portal or is questioned by their enterprise, the scammers stall by changing social media accounts, deleting original chat logs, or claiming 'system upgrades and data synchronization delays,' ultimately cutting off contact or refusing refunds on the pretext of 'cumbersome refund procedures.'

- ✅ Be cautious of certificate agency information provided only through social media, private chats, or unofficial channels, and request the other party to present a formal authorization letter or cooperation agreement.
- ✅ Use traceable and dispute-resolving formal payment methods when paying, retain payment vouchers and chat logs, and refuse one-off transfers to personal accounts.
- ✅ If a certificate has been obtained, verify it promptly in the official query system, and report any anomalies to local human resources departments or market regulation bureaus.
- ✅ Enhance personal information security awareness, do not casually leak key information such as ID card numbers and student ID numbers, to prevent them from being used to forge certificate materials.
